Shipping and Refound

We only start packing and despatching once the item is ready, which takes 3-5 working days.

If the item is customised, the lead time is usually between 20 and 50 working days - depending on the complexity and type of decoration. We inform you of the exact timeframe individually when confirming your order.

Regional delivery times:

- Europe: 4-15 working days

- USA / Canada: 4-15 working days

- Rest of the world: 7-28 working days

All orders are securely and aesthetically packaged to ensure that each item arrives safely - and in good spirits.

Return Policy

If you receive an item and feel it's not your hero - you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

- The product must not have been used

- It must be returned in its original packaging

- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense

- Refunds are made within 3 working days of receipt of the return to our warehouse.
